CH INDIAN HILL MELOU’S JOSIE NA OAJ NF CL1, CL2-H, CL2-S, CL3-F

NA – AKC Novice Agility, she now has her OA – Open Agility (Standard)

OAJ – AKC Open Jumper with Weaves

NF – AKC Novice Fast

CL1 – CPE Class Level 1 requires 8 legs in various classes

CL2-H – CPE Class Level 2 Handler, these are handler focused classes/games Colors and Wildcard

CL2-S – CPE Class Level 2 Strategy, Strategy focused classes/games Jackpot and Snooker

CL3-F – CPE Class Level 3 Fun, Fun Classes/games Fullhouse and Jumpers

More on CPE = Canine Performance Events, I would highly recommend this venue for beginning in Agility (http://www.k9cpe.com/).  Josie and I started with CPE, usually there are 4-5 classes per day, shorter runs.  Generally easier beginner classes, great confidence builders.

Hi Debby,
Sounds like it's going good!  Wow, you have quite a line up.....As soon as I get the camcorder back......I intend to do a little one jump exercises video, but I may be seeing you before that .  Josie is due in season ANY day and have been checking every morning.......
Josie gets to add three more titles after her name SJ (Starters Jumpers), SS (Starters Snooker), SR (Starters Relay)  in USDAA (United States Dog Agility Association, Inc).  We started competing in USDAA, she jumps 12" and LOVES it.  I have found USDAA to be the most challenging - beginner courses are more technical and "trappy" and course times are just a little tighter than others venues.
