Yes, The Dr. Hammond will take care of Koyuki's eye.
My friend said that why you don't returned them. How can I do that ??Both of them are very cute and already our family. They are gift from my Chacha for me.Some thing I couldn't done for my Chacha, I will do for them.If I return them where they can go??
I love them very much. They gave me my life back again.
We are very appreciated to have them
ToshimiThank you Debby.
I had all answers of my questions from Julie. She is very kindly teach me so many things!I am so happy to know both of you!
Also, I saw your HP.Thank you very much to up dated Koyuki's photo. and showing the Japanese Lhasa web site. I shame on me my poor english....I have not talk with a Lhasa breeder in Japan.I do not know that she will mind to show her web page on the site??I will let you know as soon as I get her answer. I might ask you to take off her web site...I would like to join at the Healthy pet on Friday. But, March is most busy time for our business. Specially every Friday we are getting a lot of delivery from 3-4 company.Very hard to go to Denver at 10:30If it is early in the morning possible....Or in April We have every Monday off.I would like to visit you sometimes in April for lean how to groom Koyuki if you have time.
I enjoyed the links to the Japanese Lhasa Apso info. Can you get pedigrees, in English, of the dogs some of the breeders are interested in breeding? I'm curious from where the first Apsos into Japan came from. The information will be useful, if possible plans to help the Japanese Lhasa Apsos work out. You're right, their heads are rounder!Very glad to hear that you enjoyed the links.
I contact with http://www.el-minjas.com/ before I decided to have Koyuki. Because her puppy are look like my ChachaWhen I called her, She will have some puppy next week that she said. And she (He) called me back for give me some information about the shipping and price from England!
I almost ask her puppy to send to me.But, It is too risky for me and for puppy to ship to Denver.Even from the MI....We still don't get Cindy's puppy Since Dec 2006....Please check the web site showing above. One interesting thing to me is that the England bleeder do not care If the puppy spayed or not after they sold them.Buyer gets 100% owner ship after the puppy sold even the show dog.
Lhasa in Japan, Joyce has sents the Lhasa to Japan once or two times very long time ago that I had.I don't know any other bleeder ship the lhasa to Japan. Most Japanese people wants to healthy lhasa as a pets. But, It is very hard to get the healthy standard Lhasa Apso from USA.Because bleeder require to spay the puppy if it is not for shown.Lhasa is very miner bleed in Japan. So, They have not so much chance to show the Lhasa. But still love their character like me.They needs to bleed the lhasa in Japan. other wise too hard to ship the Lhasa to Japan so many times.Bleeder have to keep the puppy at least 9 thru 12 month in USA because of the regulation of the Quarantine inspection.Nobody wants to do the task. That is why Lhasa has not been exported to Japan for 10 years or so...I don't know what I can do for them. But, I need to shown my Lhasa other wise I can not have the puppy for Japan. Please think about that who loves the Lhasa but never have chance to get any more.so sad...........
That is why I decided to have Koyuki and a puppy from Cindy.Chacha is only one for us as a baby. Maybe I made a big mistake how to raise the dog.Now I need to lean and I wish if I could make some body happy who loves Lhasa . Also my Chacha might be wish so...I still feel guilty for my Chacha to have another pet dog.I still can not help my self to cry for my Chacha every day....That is why keep my self busy to think about something I love to do.
Good night Debby.ToshimiGood Afternoon Debby
Thank you for the photo.Friends of Japan also enjoyed the photo that you up dated for us.Also you make Tet happy I believed!
Japanese breeder and My friend are also feel very happy to see the link of your we site! But, the Japanese breeder wants to change her web address to http://www.e-pet.co.jp/l-kids-lhasaapso.html please.I think your English is very good! I have no problem understanding you.Thank you. But, I always found a lot of miss spelling and strange sentence after I sent you a mail. As long as you understand it is OK?.
Regarding class in March...what time in the morning would work for you? I think Ginny, Christi and I can make an earlier time work. I work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so Mondays don't work for me for training class. But, one of the following Mondays would work for a grooming lesson. April 9, 16 or 23. If you let me know which one is best, I'll keep my work schedule light so I have lots of time to teach you grooming.
Thank you very much to offer the time change. But we have to leave at Denver at least 10:30 to 11:00 AM
I think it is too early for every body...Also, Thank you for you are trying to make some time on Monday for me!I am very appreciated!I would love to be there one of these day. I would like to let you know as soon as we decided.Today, I received the MASON PEARSON HAIR BRUSHJulie recommends to buy this. The grooming table coming soon too.I am wondering that we are living here is very high altitude.Koyuki's hair easy to damaged?Should I splay some water to give her hair moisture couple of time a day?I can't imagine life without a Lhasa Apso! :-( That you're willing to learn, to do things the 'right way', is a great tribute to ChaCha, your love for her and her breed. It is a good way to work through your grief process. It has opened new doors in your life. Who knows where it will lead, but the journey should be fun!Yes, exactly. I am trying to think positive way like you said.
But, She was very healthy dog Never have any problem for 10 years.I was forget about that she was already 10 years old.She needs special attention. But I didn't.... I will keep working on for what I believed, what I should do.But, same time I never forgive my self to let her die so lonely.Thank you for your kindness.
ToshimiThank you Debby
This San Jo is a grand father, and Tyndwood Lhasa is a grand mother of my friend's Lhasa who live in JapanSome body brought these bleeds to Japan.
I have the book of Norman and Carolyn HerbelBut, I did not read it well. ( I was just interested a lot of photo)I will start to read it from today little by little.
I can not see your web site since yesterday. Some thing wrong??Tet taking Koyuki's photo everyday before go to work.I love his photo very much!
Toshimi
Good Evening Debby.
Good Morning Debby.
The only vegetable she shouldn't have is onion. Everything else is fine. I use fruits and vegetables for treats. I also mix them into the dog food, either cooked in a soup or cut up without cooking. The dogs, especially the puppies, really enjoy whole carrots. They carry them around like bones and munch on them. Is she eating enough INNOVA? If not, you can mix a little bit of meat or some other tasty goodie in with her food. I always supplement my dogs' food. Right now, some left over beef gravy is heating on the stove. I'll mix that in with the kibble and that will be breakfast this morning. I also feed Oma's Pride Meatloafs, but my order isn't here yet. Those meatloafs consist of ground raw meat and vegetables. I mix that with the kibble. It is very tasty and good for the dogs.
I feed her l 1/4 of INNOVA. But, Koyuki can not fish. She is about 10 pound now.
Excellent to mix conditioner and water for daily brushing!! I spray the mixture onto the coat, especially the ends of the hair and brush with the Mason Pearson.
Julie teach me to do so. I am still waiting for the combs and grooming table I ordered last week.
I have three addresses listed. Which of these three should be changed to the above address?
Please change this web site.
ChaCha died because her kidneys didn't work any longer, right? If I've misunderstood, please tell me. I am also a veterinary technician, although I no longer work in that field. I guess what I want you to know is that even if you'd had the blood work done and had been aware of ChaCha's poor kidney health, western medicine offers little - if anything - for such a condition. By the time a dog shows signs of kidney failure, there is usually very little left of the kidney function - less than 25%. I know I can't take away your guilt or pain about losing ChaCha... I hope, in some way, my words and advice help a little bit. It is obvious to me, you loved her very much.
I feed her something she likes too much like white rice and meat.
Hello Debby.
Thank you very much for the Lhasa's calendar!
It is very cute. I am hanging in my office.
I came back from MI. The retune plain was canceled. I stayed Lansing
air port for almost 9 hours.
It tooks me 22 hours travel to door to door.
The black puppy (Sakura) is Koyuki getting along with very good.
Because Sakura is very gentle. They have different personalty.
Different face even the same Lhasa Apso.
They play in the back yard for a while and walk with us 15- 20 min
Now They are sleeping together.
I was wondering that they might fight.
But, they doing perfect together!
Just one thing I worry about that she has hernia.
I didn't know...
Any way I have to make a appointment for my vet too. she needs to
take the second vaccination.
Thank you again.
Please let me know about the show in Denver .
What time is Lhasa's entry?
Thank you again.
Toshimi
Hi. Debby
We would love to be there on Monday.Just depending on the weather and our health condition. It's gonna be a very busy weekend for our business. But, try to make some time to go to Denver . We really want to see the beautiful show Lhasa.
I will order the 2 kind of scissor tomorrow.Thank you for your advice.
Friday in March. We have to leave at Denver at least 11:00 am.So, 9:00 am will be good for us. We have 2 hours to join.We work very late every nights so,Very hard to be there before 9:00 am at Denver.Koyuki and Sakura has very deferent personality. maybe that is why they along each other very very good.
It is very interesting to see. They love to play, fight and run more than eat. Always together.Makes me so Happy to see them. They giving us the energy to hard work. Used be Chacha giving us the energy and make us always happy.....I would like to have the Koyuki's 3 or 5 generation from AKC.I gut a Chacha's one.Sakura's one I already order. But, not received yet.Can I order that by name of Koyuki??? Already registered? Please let me know that registered number for Koyuki.I will go to vet to check the Sakura's hernia tomorrow. Also, She has some kind of tumor on her neck. She is getting very active. shouldn't be a serious problem. But, I just feel very sad....I should not have her puppy for Japan. Because it is might be her genetic problems.I needed healthy Lhasa for Japan that is why I decided to have another Lhasa after my Chacha passed away.Other wise we did not want to a puppy...But, Sakura is very cute, beautiful and has a good personality.Chacha choose her to be our family. We are very appreciated to have her. As same as we had a Koyuki.
Thank you for your advice . Hope See you next week!
Toshimi
Thank you Debby.
Toshimi, as one of Koyuki's breeder, thank you for sharing this. I am so sorry she developed that cherry eye! It certainly won't affect her quality of life, but it's unfortunate it happened!! No matter what, no matter when, we would always take Koyuki back. We feel responsible for each FFT puppy born. We feel responsible for that dog for its entire lifetime. You've told me the puppies gave you back your life. I could also see this for myself. They are helping you so much in grieving for Chacha. Maybe I'm mistaken, but being able to live your life again, being able to love another Apso, was the main reason you got the puppies. The rest, showing them, breeding them, possibly sending good, healthy Lhasa Apsos to Japan was secondary. Does your friend understand that?
Yes, they understood. The Lhasa breeder in Japan try to contact with
lhasa breeder in Australia I think...
I just sent email to Julie showing below.
We just came back
I can not decided about show her.
You enjoyed a camping! That is so nice!!
Toshimi
Hi, again
We use Bark 2 Basics products at the grooming shop. The shampoo was Melon-Cucumber. The conditioner was D-Mat All Coat Conditioner with Anti-stat. I didn't use any other products on them. What kind of dryer do you use to dry their hair? I will be happy to teach you how to make them look beautiful! Maybe you could meet me at my grooming some Thursday morning in the next month or so?
Thank you for let me know about the products you used.
Why do you think Sakura is not American standard? What traits do you see that make you think she's more like a Tibetan Apso? I have some comments to make, but first want to make sure I understand what you're seeing.
Cindy mentioned long time ago regarding for her Apso.
A couple of questions I have regarding you showing....do you have enough time? And, would it be too emotional for you? You and your dog/s will need ring training, which is very time consuming. It may look like exhibitors simply walk their dog into the ring and have them judged. It's not that simple. If you don't have the training to be 'competitive', the experience will disappoint you. It is next to impossible to gain a Championship title going to shows in the months you're off work. So, the time involved is one thing to think about. I know how much you love your dogs and wonder how sad you'd feel if your dog placed last. Vickie mentioned she wasn't prepared for the feelings she experienced at 'having her dog judged'.
I thought it is so much fun to showing dog, work with dog.
Agility is also time consuming, but I agree that Koyuki would like it. Her uncle is an agility dog! Sometimes, when I am disillusioned about showing dogs, I go watch agility. The dogs love it. Their owners love it. Every one is having fun! There's none of the 'ugliness' Cindy mentioned previously.
Wow! Koyuki's uncle is an agility dog!?
Debby
Hi Debby.
Koyuki's cherry eye does not show up now.
It is very strange. But, good!
Toshimi
Hi Debby.
Koyuki came back from vet for spay and removed her baby teeth.
Hi Debby.
I spoke with eye doctor.
He doesn't have any answer for this happen.
But, Koyuki is ok now. As long as does not popped up, it is good for me.
I just working on to make my blog in Japanese.
It is good for organized my Chacha's photo also, Koyuki & Sakura.
My family and friends in Japan can enjoy!
Also, You and Cindy can see Koyuki and Sakura any time you want to.
Maybe for future, I will make my blog in English too.
Why I started to live with Lhasa again. Also, How did I meet Koyuki
and Sakura.
Some body might have interested to bring their lhasa puppy to Japan
If some Japanese people still needs them.
I will send the AKC form today.
Thank you!
Toshimi
Thank you Debby.

Hi Debby.
Do you know this web? http://www.lhasa-apso.org/mumta/mumta.htm
She already passed away, but, do you have any lhasa of her line?
We might have another lhasa for Japan.
Not a show dog.
Japanese people can help the preservation of Gompa Lhasa? If I can
find and bring the healthy gompa lhasa to Japan?
Japanese friend gave me the opportunity to live with lhasa again.
But, I could not help them.
Because both of my lhasa has genetic problem.
We are very happy to have this opportunity. Also, very happy to live
with our two beautiful puppies.
I just want to help them to show my appreciation. They made me happy
but, I could not give them happy.
Also, it is very fun if we could raise the puppies for Japan for 6~8
month. It is good for Koyuki and Sakura too.
They have more company. Also, I can live with deferent Apso every 6~8
month. 2 lhasa are not enough to make me busy to forget to cry for my
Chacha.
Just one problem is .... It is very hard to find the healthy Lhasa
Apso....
I am very appreciated If you have any advice about Gompa Lhasa.
Toshimi
She likes to play in river and lake like my Chacha does.
She does not scare anything.
Now she can do anything she want to!
Because she can not be a show dog any more.
Her face coat never grow. Puppy face forever....

Thank you!
I tried to left two of my apsos at pet day care yesterday for 2 hours.
They were very good to along with other 5~6 of huge dogs.

weeks without worry.
We will try to leave them same place couple of times.
It is good to socialized with other dogs for them too.
About Sep 10th, We will try to be there before 3 pm.
what can I bring ? Maybe some wine??
See you then.
Toshimi
