Merry Christmas 2007
Hi Debby,
Thanks for this. I have begun being concerned
about that little testicle up in Arsha's body, so your message was timely.
I've actually been considering asking you to breed Arsha next year and then
getting him neutered because I'm concerned about the retained testicle
becoming cancerous. Never even thought of just removing that one and
leaving the other for another few years. So thank you. I'll talk
this over with Dan and likely get it done after our next trip to Canada (and
before the one after that; I'm still trying to help my Mum downsize houses,
hopefully before next winter.)
I know what you mean about vet bills. The prices
for the most routine things here are extraordinary. And we really notice
the difference now having 2 dogs.....You must be REALLY good friends with your
vet!
Take care Debby. And thanks for the heads-up on
your new blog!
Natalia
Hi Debby,
I've made the appointment to get Arsha's
undescended testicle removed next week and I'm a bit nervous. What if
they remove the wrong one?!?!? Did everything go as expected when you
did your boys? Silly to worry, I know, but I still am. He's still
my baby. And he'll be 2 right away. He's just got that puppy
personality that will never really get old. And what an affectionate
fellow! My love-bug.
How are you all doing? Did you get any
puppies at all from your Gompa Dogs this year? Hopefully this procedure
will help make our boys a bit more fertile.
Take care,
Natalia and her Boys
Hello Debby,
Just wanted to let you know that Arsha had
his ectopic testicle removed last Wednesday. He's healing beautifully
and has even gotten quite used to being a saucer-head. When that thing
bumps me I know he'd like a little attention (like a head scratch!!!).
Hopefully that'll increase his sperm count and he'll be able to give us
lovely bunches of puppies!
Take care,
Natalia
